Background: The abnormal uterine bleeding has many causes and consequences in women. exact are described by histology of sample through D&C. Pipple biopsy samples is considered one the least invasive, OPD setting technique, comparable to Objective: To see adequacy Pipelle endometrial sampling morphological findings among women with bleeding. Study Design: Cross-sectional descriptive study Place Duration Study: Department Gynaecology & Histopathology, Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore from 1st May 31st December 2021. Methodology: Two hundred thirty seven adult AUB recommended for D&C were included. Those thickness less than 4mm, having fibroids, pelvic inflammatory disease, or clotting factor disorders excluded. was taken Gyne examined at Histopathology Department. Results: 80.0% sampled adequately Pipelle. Secondary endometrium most common 39.9% followed proliferative 36.2% chronic endometritis 12.2%. There 6 cases carcinoma, 4 (2.1%) adenocarcinoma 2(1.1%) squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion: Endometrial can be an effective methods sampling.
